A case of some Hindus being lured into converting to Christianity has come to light in Farhedi village of Kundarki police station area of Moradabad district. This incident came into the news after a video went viral.
After the video went viral, RSS and BJP officials called a panchayat in the village. During this panchayat, 32 people converted to Hinduism again. After offering prayers at the Shiva temple, everyone returned to their homes.
Moradabad Rural SP Kunwar Akash Singh said that the police had received a complaint of religious conversion. When the police investigated in the village, the concerned families gave in writing that they had not converted to any religion.
