Now shopkeepers will have to put the correct name plate, notice issued to central and state governments

A new rule has been implemented for shops on the Kanwar Yatra route. Now it will be necessary to write the name of the shop instead of the name of the shopkeeper. If a customer wants information about the shopkeeper, he will be able to get it through a special app. For this, the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department (FSDA) has issued a form.

Although it was earlier said to display the names of shopkeepers on the shops of the Kanwar Yatra route, but there is no such provision in the rules of FSDA. Even after many efforts, this could not be arranged. Therefore, the department has adopted a new method and prepared a feedback form for customer satisfaction, which every shopkeeper will have to put up at his shop.

This form will contain the license number, name, address, mobile number and email ID (if available) of the shop. Also, it will have a toll-free number and QR code of the Food Safety Connect app. Customers will be able to get all the information related to the shop and shopkeeper by scanning the QR code and can register their opinion or complaint.

Now a video is also going viral on social media regarding these matters, in which it is told that every shopkeeper, whether he is a small shopkeeper or a big shopkeeper, will have to reveal his name and identity in front of everyone. This is also being done so that there are no problems in the future. In the viral video, you can see how the petition was heard. Notice has also been issued to the central and state governments.
