After the Pahalgam Terror Attack: Seema Haider’s Pakistani Husband Releases New Video, Issues Fresh Threats

Following the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, a new video has emerged from Ghulam Haider, the Pakistani husband of Seema Haider. In this fresh clip, Ghulam lashes out at Seema, her current husband Sachin Meena, and their legal representative AP Singh. Ghulam declares that the time for consequences has arrived and ominously warns that Seema and Sachin will now have to face the outcomes of their choices. His statements have sparked speculation that he believes Seema may be forced to return to Pakistan in light of India’s newly announced actions against Pakistani nationals.

Seema’s Journey from Pakistan to India

Seema Haider made headlines in 2023 when she left her husband Ghulam in Pakistan and crossed into India via Nepal with her four children. She came to reunite with her Indian partner Sachin Meena, whom she later married. Recently, the couple welcomed a baby girl. Since her defection, Ghulam has been posting videos on social media almost daily, mocking and criticizing Seema and Sachin.

Ghulam’s Provocative Video Message

In his latest video, Ghulam appears furious and issues dramatic threats. He says,
“Seema’s legs are trembling now. How long will that dark-faced Sachin manage to escape? The time of judgment has come, and they will have to pay for their sins. Even AP Singh can’t save them. If anyone thinks Ghulam has given up, they are mistaken. I will keep fighting — for my four children.”

His tone suggests he believes the current political climate and India’s recent crackdown on Pakistanis could force Seema to return.

India’s Tough Stand Against Pakistan

In response to the Pahalgam terror incident, the Indian government has announced several major decisions:

  • Termination of the Indus Water Treaty
  • Reduction in staff at the Pakistani High Commission
  • Cancellation of 17 types of visas issued to Pakistani nationals
  • Pakistani citizens residing in India instructed to leave the country
  • Closure of the Attari border crossing
  • Recall of Indian advisors from the High Commission in Islamabad
  • Advisory for Indians currently in Pakistan to return by May

Notably, these restrictions will not apply to Pakistani Hindus who are in India on Long Term Visas (LTVs).

Seema’s Lawyer Responds to Ghulam’s Claims

In response to Ghulam’s statements, AP Singh, the lawyer representing Seema, clarified that all of Seema’s documents are in the custody of the Home Ministry, ATS, and other Indian authorities. He emphasized that Seema is abiding by every condition laid out by the court during her bail.

He added, “Seema is extremely disturbed by the news of the Pahalgam attack. She is currently in the hospital and deeply saddened. We strongly condemn the incident.” Singh also explained that Seema embraced Sanatan Dharma before marrying Sachin Meena in Nepal, and their union was later formalized again in India through traditional Hindu rituals.
