Criminal complaint will be filed against Robert Vadra, big action decided after Allahabad High Court’s decision

A criminal complaint will now be filed against Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s husband and businessman Robert Vadra. This action is being taken after the instructions of the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court.

In this regard, senior advocate Ranjana Agnihotri, while talking to ABP News, said that the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22 was not just an attack on innocent people, but a direct attack on the entire Hindu society. More than two dozen people lost their lives in this attack.

Ranjana says that Robert Vadra’s statement was like an attempt to justify this act. She alleged that Vadra’s statement matches the old attitude of the Muslim League, which once promoted the partition of the country. She termed it a statement linking it to a dangerous agenda like “Ghazwa-e-Hind”.

The court gave two options, now criminal action will be taken

Ranjana said that the court, understanding the seriousness of the matter, said that the complainant can adopt both civil and criminal procedures. After this it was decided that a criminal complaint will be filed against Robert Vadra.

Uproar over controversial statement

Robert Vadra is accused of saying in his statement, “Mass murder of Hindus is happening because the government is giving priority to Hindus and Muslims are scared. As long as there is fear, such incidents will keep happening.”

Ranjana Agnihotri says that this statement is an attempt to indirectly justify the terrorist incident, which cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.
