This scheme was officially launched on March 7, 2024, by the then Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar.

- Complete the application form using your Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra).
- An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your details and complete the application process.
How to Use the Happy Card?
Using the Happy Card is hassle-free. While traveling on a Haryana Roadways bus, simply present your Happy Card to the bus conductor.
