New Delhi, July 2025 — A sensational murder case has come to light from Nihal Vihar area of ​​the country’s capital Delhi, which shook the whole city. It is alleged that a woman killed her husband Mohammad Shahid with a knife and then tried to make it look like a suicide. The police have arrested the accused woman Farzana Khan and an in-depth investigation of the case is going on.

Call came from the hospital, secrets started coming out

On the evening of July 20, around 4:15 pm, Delhi Police received a call from a private hospital that a woman had brought her husband in critical condition, with several knife wounds on his body. On reaching the hospital, the woman claimed that her husband had committed suicide. But the police doubted her story.

Postmortem report turned the story around

The postmortem report revealed that the wounds were not suicidal but from a frontal attack. One wound was so deep that it pierced the heart. After this, the police registered a case of murder and intensified the investigation.

Mobile search history revealed the secrets

When the police checked Farzana’s mobile, they found search history like “how to delete chat”, “effect of sulphas”, and “ways to kill someone”. This made it clear that the murder was pre-planned.

Did dissatisfaction with husband become the reason for the murder?

During interrogation, Farzana confessed that she was physically dissatisfied with her husband and that is why she planned the murder. She stabbed Shahid three times on his chest and then took him to the hospital and told him a false story of suicide.

Further investigation continues

The police is now trying to find out with whom Farzana was chatting, for which she had collected information about deleting the chat. The knife used in the murder has been recovered and the accused woman is in police custody.
