When Khan Sir, the famous educationist of the country and the one who guides millions of students on YouTube, appeared in public wearing Tripund on Monday, everyone was shocked. Sharing his feelings on this special occasion, he said, “I respect all religions. The month of Sawan is special for me, and today’s last Monday is very sacred for me.”
On this occasion, Khan Sir announced an ambitious social scheme. He told that he is going to establish dialysis centers and blood banks for the needy people in every district of Bihar. He said that the objective of this scheme is to make medical facilities accessible to the most vulnerable sections of the society.
The poor will get free or cheap treatment
Khan Sir informed that he has ordered modern dialysis machines from Germany. In the initial phase, 10 machines have arrived, and in the coming time there is a plan to install a total of 200 machines. His aim is to make expensive procedures like dialysis available to poor patients for free or at a low cost.
He said, “Many patients lost their lives just because they did not have money for treatment. A dialysis patient has to spend up to 50-60 thousand rupees every month, which is impossible for poor families.”

The scenario will change with the establishment of a blood bank
Khan Sir said that along with dialysis facilities, world-class blood banks will also be established in every district. For this, machines with modern technology have been ordered from Japan. This blood bank will be inaugurated on the first day of Navratri. He said that his goal is to create a blood bank that becomes an example in the whole of Asia.
He said, “We have seen many times that patients from rural areas face a shortage of blood during treatment in Patna, Banaras or Delhi. It is unbearable to see someone dying due to lack of blood.”
Planning for hospitals also included
Khan Sir said that this initiative is just the beginning. In future, these dialysis centres and blood banks will be converted into full-fledged hospitals, where the poor will be able to get better health facilities. He said, “We have seen many people who break down under the burden of medical bills of lakhs. Our aim is that no one’s life should be lost just because he does not have money for treatment.”
He cited the basic principle of Indian culture “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” and said that this is a part of his social responsibility.
Reaction to Nitish government’s domicile policy
Khan Sir also reacted to the new domicile policy of Bihar government. Under this policy announced by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, now only local residents will be given priority for teacher recruitment in the state.
Khan Sir said, “This is a victory for the students, but it would have been better if the government should have also released the supplementary result. There are vacancies in TRE-3, 4, 5 and 6, but many candidates were deprived of selection just due to lack of results.”
He also said that the government accepted the students’ demand very late. “For 8-9 months, students kept protesting, faced lathicharge, and now the same things have been accepted. This seems like a deliberate delay,” he said.
Khan Sir’s appeal
Khan Sir finally demanded the state government to release the supplementary result of TRE-3 soon, so that those candidates for whom this was the last attempt can also fulfill their dream of becoming a teacher.
