  • Land Demarcation: To be completed within 4 days of application.
  • Drainage Pipeline Connection (DPC): Must be executed within 5 days.

These steps are designed to reduce bureaucratic delays and streamline service delivery for property owners.


Defined Timelines for Basic Infrastructure Services

The Haryana government has extended strict deadlines to cover everyday essential services as well, ensuring faster resolution of common civic issues:

  • Water Supply Repairs: To be fixed within 5 days.
  • Low Water Pressure Issues: Resolved within 5 days.
  • Sewer Blockages or Manhole Issues: Addressed within 5 days.

For road maintenance and infrastructure:

  • Pothole repairs must be completed within 10 days.
  • Faulty street lights must be fixed within 3 days.
  • Gardening and plantation in parks to be done within 7 days.
