
Tata Motors continues to maintain a strong presence in the Indian automobile market. In the latest sales report for February 2025, the Tata Nexon emerged as the company’s best-selling model. During this period, Tata Nexon recorded impressive sales of 15,349 units, marking a 6.63% year-on-year growth. In comparison, Tata sold 14,395 units of the Nexon in February 2024. Notably, the Tata Punch held the top spot in January 2025 sales. It’s important to mention that these sales figures also include electric variants of these models.
Tata Punch Secures Second Spot
In terms of sales performance, the Tata Punch secured the second position with a total of 14,569 units sold in February 2025. Meanwhile, the Tata Tiago claimed the third spot by attracting 6,954 new customers during this period.
Following them, the Tata Curvv secured the fourth position with sales of 3,483 units. Lastly, the Tata Altroz was positioned fifth with 1,604 units sold in February 2025.
Harrier and Safari Struggled in Sales
In contrast, some Tata models witnessed a decline in sales. The Tata Safari occupied the sixth spot, registering 1,562 units in sales, reflecting a 41% annual decline. The Tata Tigor followed closely at seventh with 1,550 units sold, showing a 9.46% decrease compared to the previous year.
The Tata Harrier had the lowest sales performance in the lineup, managing to sell 1,376 units, marking a significant 46.29% decline compared to February 2024.
Tata Nexon Price Details
In the Indian market, the Tata Nexon is available with multiple powertrain options, including petrol, diesel, CNG, and electric variants. The ex-showroom price for Tata Nexon ranges between Rs 8 lakh to Rs 14.70 lakh for the top-end model, offering versatility and performance to meet customer preferences.
