Actually this case is from Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. In which the BJP leader is seen doing objectionable acts with a woman. In this viral video (Video Viral), BJP leader Manohar Dhakad was caught on CCTV camera doing obscene acts with a girl on the road itself. After the video surfaced, the BJP leader had switched off his mobile.
According to this video captured in CCTV camera on the night of May 13, Dhakad was seen in objectionable circumstances with a woman in his white car number MP-14 -CC-4782. After this, obscene acts between the two were captured on camera.
Police have registered an FIR against BJP leader Manohar Dhakad and another person under sections 296, 285, 3(5) of the IPC. Police are searching for the accused. After the video went viral, on the instructions of Arjun Dhakad, National President of the society’s youth organization Dhakad Mahasabha, National Organization General Secretary Mukesh Dhakad removed Manoharlal Dhakad, resident of village Bani, who was the National Minister of Dhakad Mahasabha, from his post.
Mukesh Dhakad issued a letter in this regard. It said that he has been removed from the post on the basis of the video going viral on social media.

Amid reports of the viral video, the Mahasabha said in a statement that Manoharlal Dhakad has been removed from the post. His wife is a BJP-supported district panchayat member and is currently elected from ward number 8 of Mandsaur district panchayat.
