- If your vehicle is for personal use, select the ‘Non-Transport’ category.
- Submit the form to receive a username and password on your registered mobile number.
- Log in to the website using your credentials and proceed with the payment.
- After making the payment, you will receive a receipt.
- Your HSRP will be ready within three to four days, and you will be notified via SMS once it is available for installation.
Offline Application Process
If you prefer to apply offline, follow these steps:
- Visit your nearest Regional Transport Office (RTO) or authorized dealership.
- Carry valid documents, including the Registration Certificate (RC), driving license, and address proof.
- Fill out the application form and submit the required fee.
- The high-security number plate will be prepared in a few days, and you will be notified when it is ready for installation.
