Padayatra Paused from March 10 to March 14
According to the announcement, Premanand Maharaj’s padayatra will remain suspended between March 10 and March 14, 2025. In his Instagram post, he informed followers:
“Dear devotees, please note that due to the sacred festival of Holi and considering the health of Pujya Maharaj ji, his padayatra will not take place from March 10 to March 14, 2025, starting from 2 PM. Kindly avoid visiting for darshan during this period.”

The festival of Rang Bharni Ekadashi falls on March 10, during which thousands of devotees flock to Vrindavan to celebrate Holi and seek the blessings of Thakur Banke Bihari.
Premanand Maharaj’s padayatra is usually a nightly tradition starting at 2 AM, with thousands of devotees gathering along the roads to catch a glimpse of him. The temporary pause has been requested to ensure his well-being and to manage the large influx of visitors during this festive period.
